ARCHIVE: CHAOS EMERGENCY DOOF BROADCAST NETWORK #294: HOT, CROSS AND BARELY UPRIGHT
A show that started with more holes than a fishing net and at least one presenter wondering about the wisdom of midweek rockstar shenanigans, this show developed a life of its own thanks to benevolent Wheel selections leading us into some uncharted musical corners, illuminated with conversations about demolition cats, layering up for autumn, leaning into the tired, embracing the cancelled plans, Alfred updates, comfort episodes & stress dreams, trucker’s coffee, brain pockets & mental kerplunk, emotional support katsu curry granules, resting fear face, the big corn conundrum, coming to terms with the concept of ageing, unpredictable Friday energy, screaming celebrity parrots, Blahaj towels, and knowing where your neck brace is at 11pm.
