This was the one where we pushed our luck too far – last week’s attempt to add shiny baubles to the show should have been a warning but this week the trusty old DoofStation threw a wheel and it took us over an hour to get a stable show into orbit, having jettisoned all but the bare essentials. But once we were up & running it ended up being a wonderful show, making the most of the available time with excellent musical choices, anecdotes about socially awkward biscuit purchases and flat repairs, and a new respect for onions and kazoo work.
