The dust that never settles

Wow. Got that post-show concussion feeling again, after completing our collaboration with Kate Spence at The Wig. After an epic 2 weeks programming and pre-production, followed by a 36-hour lock-in to get the venue looking just right, we opened the doors to a curious crowd dressed in their finest party clothes, fed and watered them, and allowed them to explore the environment with all five senses in a luxurious omnisensual playground, all for Her Lady’s Pleasure.

We are gathering together all of the video and photographic evidence from the performance over the next few days and will be back with a full round-up of the evening (although as is now our way with these things, there was no way to capture all the aspects of this performance…) and we will be updating the micro-site above. But for now, here are a selection of my favourite photos, and a video of the custom-built MIDI-enabled tea-tray which was the heart of the tech for this performance.

So, what’s next? Well, we’ve got another 2 gigs and an installation planned for September – first up, it’s our headline show at The 2 Pigs in Cheltenham on Friday 13th Spetember, then our collaboration with Brown Torpedo at FrogFest on 20th Septemberat the Frog & Fiddle, Cheltenham, and then our installation in Nottingham between 27-29 September. More details coming soon.

Whilst there is caffeine we have no need for sleep.
