Personal interests

When not working I dedicate the majority of my spare time to promoting and DJ-ing my monthly alternative club night, Judder! ( www.judder.org ) which has been running since 2003 and has gained a solid reputation nationwide, hosting guest DJs from as far afield as Australia, America and Europe.

To replace the gap left after retiring my previous industrial rock band, The Chaos Engine, I recently formed an electronic laptop-based performance outfit called temp0rary ( www.temp0rary.com ) which has evolved to embrace collaboration with other artists to create large-scale audio-visual and audience participatory performances and installations. I have recently developed an interest in hand-made electronics and have started to build my own synthesisers and music interfaces. I still perform as a session musician, produce records and help stage manage events.
