One year later…

Forgive me, for it has been almost exactly a year since my last blog. Well overdue time for an update.

This last year has been unbelievably eventful – I’ve plunged head-first into the world of freelance employment and have worked with dozens of organisations, and hundreds of people on music projects that have quite literally gone from the sublime to the ridiculous. I’ve performed at art galleries, festivals and secret gardens, taught in schools, youth centres and the middle of fields, and built some new equipment that has all worked – and on occasion, first time too!

But below are two videos that show two projects that, in a year of highlights, have really stood out for me. The first is highlighting the work I do at Foundation House:

The second showcases a project I ran with The Music Works in Belmont School, working closely with music teacher Nick Copley:

As I come to the end of the academic year, I guess I should make a new years’ resolution, which will be to try and blog at least once a month – as much as anything so I can remember what I’ve done – and also to keep a list of forthcoming events for those who’d like to come and see the work I do in education & the arts. So let’s try and make a fresh start on the latter right now:
